Pale straw colour revealing its fresh and young character. A generous fruity nose of kiwi and grapefruit layered with lime and floral undertones. Light-bodied on the palate with hints of pear and green apple and a firm acidic structure ending with a smooth and lingering finish.
Pair with cheese like triple crème, camembert and gruyere. Mild to medium spiced chicken, fried or grilled fish and light vegetarian dishes. Acidity and sweetness levels have been developed in this wine specifically with Indian and Asian cuisine in mind.

You name it, I've done it: from marketing and brand management to retail and trade sales, wine tourism, wine education, ecommerce and, most recently sommelier, with several vintages under my belt both in the cellar and in the vineyard.
Having worked my way through the vineyards of southern Oregon, the Loire, the Languedoc, the Rhône and now the UK, I have developed a passion for "unique boutique" wines.
