A dry and refreshing sparkling wine – an alternative to the (often uninspiring and bland) commercial styles of Prosecco. Soft pressing, use of selected yeasts and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks result in a Prosecco with a brilliant appearance (a mix of pale yellow and green reflections) with a nice, persistent mousse. It has delicate aromas of ripe fresh green apple, apricots and white flowers on a nice tangy palate.
