Rulandske Modre is the Czech word for Pinot Noir, and this is a very interesting full-bodied take on this classic grape.
This wine sees ageing in stainless steel tanks, which works to enhance its harmonic and deep brooding flavours. Dark red colour with blue reflections, it tastes of blackcurrants, blueberries and cherry compote.
Food Pairing: Superbly suited for red meats or fowl as well as pasta dishes and hard ripened cheeses.
