Aliot
Chêne Bleu
A blend of Roussanne complemented by Grenache blanc and Marsanne, Aliot is perfumed and powerful. Its rich concentration of fruit and dense structure make it an ideal candidate for oak-ageing creating a true vin-de-garde. Its complexity, exotic aromatics and long ageing potential have made Aliot an award-winning wine since its inaugural vintage.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Burgundy-style white, Aliot pairs beautifully with salmon or poultry in white sauce, pâté, vegetables such as asparagus and artichokes and traditional French cheeses. Serve lightly chilled at 14°C. Ageing potential: 10-12 years.
