Golden yellow in colour. On the nose you can feel the barrel, almond, floral, citrus, notes of light spices and lots of minerality. On the palate, the very fresh, spicy, fleshy and slightly textured citrus fruit stands out. Nice acidity.
The grapes are fermented in used French oak barrels (75%) and the remaining grapes fermented as whole bunch in stainless steel. The wine was aged in used French oak barrels on the lees for 8 months.
