This Champagne-method sparkling wine is made with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. Beautifully balanced and white gold in color, it has a natural richness and floral bouquet. It is aged for 36 months in an underground cave before hand disgorging and finishing.

A lovely aperitif, great for lavish entertaining and a treat to cut the sweetness of rich chocolate desserts.
